Amit has 20+ years of analytics, data science, and AI experience in various business domains, such as consulting, manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare. His previous roles at other organizations involved working with data engineering, data science, and technology teams to build data infrastructure, advanced analytics models, and technology modernization initiatives. He partnered with cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize machine learning models and implement AI use cases for enterprise consumption.
As a Director of Advanced Analytics and AI Strategy at Brown-Forman, Amit Leads and mentors a global and diverse data science team to identify high-impact analytical problems and drive analytics culture across Brown Forman. Amit also works closely with B-F’s business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance operations, streamline processes, and drive innovation. He will enable and support business areas in identifying, scoping, and realizing high-impact use cases to accelerate the organization’s AI journey. He continues to lead the development and integration of AI applications, models, and algorithms, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and scalable, and promote ethical aspects of AI development and implementation.
